To avoid being charged for your service, we require 24 hour notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation.  Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to allow for a stress free check-in.

Your late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time, as your reservation will end on time in order to respect the next scheduled guest.

Our technicians will discreetly drape you to respect your privacy and comfort at all times.  Bathing suit optional for all bath treatments.

Treatments involving hydrotherapy, heat or deep treatments are not recommended for individuals with high blood pressure, heart conditions or expecting mothers. For waxing treatments or facials, please inform our therapist if you are using Retin A, Accutane or have had recent laser surgery.

We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover.  We also accept personal checks if you are a returning salon or spa guest with proper identification. We apologize that we are unable to accept checks on your first visit.

Exchanges must be accompanied with original receipt and must be made within 15 days of purchase.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry or sale items.

Casa Blanca is not responsible for lost or missing items.

To respect the serenity and comfort of our guests, we ask that all pagers and cellular phones be turned off prior to entering Casa Blanca.

Due to our firm commitment to safety,  we ask that you accompany your children at all times.  Furthermore, children are not allowed in our spa area unless they have a reservation.
